教育與脫貧計畫 Education & Poverty Reduction Program
我，看見柬埔寨孩子對學習的熱情，也看見當地教育的貧乏。協會重視兒童教育，開辦【鄉村英語教室】提供孩童課後學習機會以提升教育水準與競爭力，將來有機會離開農村到都市找一份更高薪的工作，幫助家庭脫貧。
Despite the lack of education, there is still passion in learning. We focus on education. By establishing “English Class”, we provides after school education opportunities for children to improve their learning skills and competitiveness. They are highly exposed to job opportunity hence break the vicious cycle of poverty.
鄉村英文教室(2016年12月31日計畫終止)
2016年台灣希望之芽協會在大吳哥縣與波克縣總共有9間英文教室，總共有285位兒童受惠。上課人次達5960人次。
口衛計畫
由義診團創團醫師黃汝萍發起，義診時黃醫師發現，短期義診服務治標不治本。真正能改善口腔狀況就必須日常保有良好口腔清潔習慣。
因此，2015年3月發起口腔衛生計畫，培訓當地的種籽教師，培養學生養成刷牙習慣。
