希望圖書館計畫 Phnom Penh Library Program
我，有自己的孩子。而我看見了當地孩童的生活條件如此缺乏。他們沒機會接受柬文以外的學習，但會中文卻可幫他們找到好工作。協會開辦【中文班】提升孩童的華語能力，也透過圖書館的建置，培養孩童的閱讀能力，用教育翻轉孩子的未來。
As parents, we understand the pain of poor living condition of the local children. They do not have the chance to learn anything other than Cambodian language. Learning Chinese language help to improve their employability. By establishing “Chinese Class” to improve their Chinese communication skill. By establishing building library, we cultivate the reading culture, unleashing a child’s potential through education.
服務計畫 
- 服務對象：金邊本地孩子、在地台華商的孩子及父母。
- 延伸服務：對中文學習有需求之對象。
- 地 點：柬埔寨首都金邊市堆谷區
- 成立時間：2017年3月
- 服務項目：
1)中 文 書 籍：提供童書、教材、繪本、親子教育 等
2)英柬文書籍：提供英柬文版童書繪本、親子教育 等
3)中 文 學 習：兒童中文學習教室、中文故事屋、成人中文學習課程 等
- 預計成效：第一年
1)兒童中文學習服務 300人次 (25人*12梯次)
2)中文故事屋服務 600人次 (25人*24場次)
